Can I change my username and password?
No, you cannot change your username and password.

Can I use the same username and password at all IBHAR Hotspots?
Only RO. 15 IBHAR prepaid card can be used at all IBHAR Hotspots. RO. 3 and RO. 5 IBHAR prepaid cards cannot be used at IBHAR Hotspots in Hotels.

Can I use the same account at different IBHAR Hotspot areas at the same time?
 No, you cannot use the same account at different IBHAR Hotspot areas at the same time.

What can I do if my account has expired?
The account cannot be re-activated. You will have to buy a new IBHAR prepaid card.

What can I do if I had forgotten my username, password, or expiry Date?

Should you need to know your IBHAR Username, Password, Activation Date, Expiry Date, Time left and Card Serial Number, please follow these steps:

1.      Go to “write messages@ in your mobile phone

2.     Write IBHAR

3.      Send it to + 968 99460064
