The Omantel MaxNet ATM Broadband Solution provides 4 distinct Quality of Service Categories with information rates ranging from 512 Kbps up to 155 Mbps initially and even 633 Mbps and 25.5 Gbps in the near future. A wide range of options are offered, like bi-directional and uni-directional connectivity, and also, uni-directional multi-point connections which are ideal for any type of broadcast network application. Even if the upstream and downstream bandwidth of your application is asymmetrical, ATM is able to offer you a solution, tailor-made to your requirements, with a superior end-to-end absolute Quality of Service. All ATM connections are based on PVC (Permanent Virtual Connections). The tables on the next page provide the various options available.

Omantel MaxNet ATM Broadband Solution Pricing:  
The ATM Solution Price is abased on the following elements:
  1. A per site monthly access connection charge. The actual monthly rental charge depends on the type of Line Termination Unit and/or bundled router applied, which difference based on customer requirements (type of access connection applied, fiber, copper, basic or premium, distance from customer location to Omantel POP etc…) and are such not based on a standard published tariff.
     
  2. An additional connectivity charge per end-to-end connection, based on the Traffic Contract parameters and the radial distance between the two locations. The ATM connectivity charges are based on four zones: within same POP area, 0-100 km, 101-400 km, above 401 km
