Omantel WorldCall (International Call) service enables its customers to communicate across the world at affordable rates. Off-peak rate starts from 7 PM to 8 AM (varies between countries) and it is also applicable on full days on Fridays and National Commercial Holidays.

Notes:

1. Fixed Telephone and Mobile (including Hayyak) Pulse rate: At present, the WorldCall rates are billed for 1st full minute even for call duration of one second. From 1st March 2005, it will be revised to 30 seconds pulse, after the first full minute (1 + 30 seconds pulse). It means, the charges will be levied on the 1st full minute and thereafter on every additional 30 seconds irrespective of the duration for Regular Telephone (fixed), GSM and Hayyak services.
2. Jibreen Pulse rate: WorldCall services from Jibreen are currently priced at 20% adjustment factor over the normal rate, but charged at 15 seconds decrement. The adjustment factor has now been reduced to 15% with 15 seconds decrement.
3. Al Multaqa (Payphone) Pulse rate: WorldCall services from Payphone are currently priced at 20% adjustment factor over the normal rate, but charged at 25 bz decrement. The adjustment factor has now been reduced to 15% with 25 bz decrement.
